drives and our annual Festival of Lights in December. |

Development Corp. |
| This
is a group comprised of a board and committees that strive
to improve our community. Projects completed to date include
restoration of an old Railroad Depot, construction of
a city park on old railroad property donated to the city
and building two spec homes for new familes to move to
Delmar. The Labor Day Car Show is one of the highlights
of the year in our community held on Labor Day weekend. |

60 Group |
| The
Over 60 Group meets once a month. Anyone wanting to join
the group at their potluck dinner held at noon each month
is welcome. Stop in for lunch and enjoy the food, visiting
and games. |
